I’ve bought Mercedes A class from them the best experience I’ve had buying a car. After first call they sent me the car detailed video showed me paper work and next day delivered the car at my door step. Car was same as described couldn’t fault it at all. I’ve bought loads of car and I’m fussy when it comes to buying a car but these guys made every effort to get everything as right as possible. Amazing Dealership . I went to look at 2 cars they had up for sale and they were so polite and helpful all the way through, left me with both cars to look around and feel the difference then let me had test drive on both cars then it was time to choose one and they also helped me to take decision by explaining the difference between both cars and I left there place with an Audi A1 and they gave me good money for my old car and my new car was fully serviced and was in pristine condition for me to drive away. Very good customer service, and they make sure the car is safe to drive home by doing an MOT after you pay a deposit. However the car could’ve done with a decent clean. As I found random bit and bobs and receipts under the seats and pedals.

Top service! Would 100 percent recommend! I recently bought an Audi q7 from these guys. They were very helpful and professional from the moment me and my partner walked in. The car developed a fault with the air suspension a week after I picked it up. I rang them and they took the car back, diagnosed it to be a faulty air compressor which also blew the fuses. They changed the compressor and fuses free of charge(at a cost of over £1000 to themselves!) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new car. Reply

a month ago My daughter purchased a car from Performa Motors yesterday. At the start of the week, one of the team video called us to show us around the car. He was very thorough and showed us every part of the car, very pleased with the thorough examination. After putting a deposit down, I travelled down on the train and was picked up from the station and taken to the garage. The team were excellent; every step of the process was easy from purchase to drive. Fab team to deal with and excellent customer service.
